Then the temperature goes below 0 degrees the battery stops charging completely. 

With the SolarCharger there are a few factors that can affect the charging. It depends on the sun, temperature and how much the camera is being used. During the winter the temperature is low, few sun hours and the sun is standing low. the sun is standing low and doesn't shimuch. Therefore, the battery of FarmCam Mobility can need to be charged by the power adapter a few times during the winter season.
